   1) TIP-Animator (to animate 256-colour 160x100 pixel TIP pics)
   
   2) Movie Maker (to animate 4-5 colour 160x100 Gr.7 pics)
   
   3) Gr.8 or Gr.15 ani-player(s) (take them from old Gr.8 or Gr.15 anis with 3, 4 or 5 pics and use them for your own purpose / your own pics, e.g. Autorun.SYS from Alien Ani or from Smurf Ani)
   
   4) to some extent G2F (convert or draw gfx. in Gr. 8, Gr.9, Gr. 15 and other formats; no clue if the program also contains an animator and/or one has to do that)...

   szkoda tylko że żaden pod win 7 nie działa :-( ,na różnych ustawieniach trybów zgodności ,całe szczęście że mam jeszcze starego pc ,może coś ruszy .
